Sen. Steve Daines voted NO on a measure that would have required the State Department to report to Congress on human rights abuses in the West Bank including the killings of nine Americans since 2022. The measure failed 47–51. When we asked Daines why he opposed even a report, he called the vote “political” and pivoted to the Palestinian Authority. Daines has taken $717,244 in pro-Israel money. Nine Americans are dead. Their families are still waiting for accountability. And Steve Daines voted to keep them waiting.
