Nine months into the ceasefire, little has changed for Palestinians in Gaza. Although large-scale fighting has largely subsided, Israeli air strikes on the Strip continue, killing more than 1,000 people since the truce took effect. Living conditions remain dire, with insufficient humanitarian aid driving widespread starvation. According to Palestinian officials, a family of six, including four children, were killed in an Israeli strike on Tuesday. The Palestinian death toll has now surpassed 73,000 since the start of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023.
