An Israeli air strike on an apartment in Gaza has killed at least three Palestinians. The attack sparked a fire in the western part of Deir el-Balah. A child is the only survivor as the rest of his family was killed. A separate Israeli attack, this time in Gaza City, hit a rehabilitation centre serving as a refuge for forcibly displaced families.
