Israel has detained hundreds of activists from a flotilla bound for Gaza. The Global Sumud flotilla aimed to break an Israel’s blockade but, previous attempts, was unsuccessful. Israel was accused of abuse and torture of some detainees before they were sent back to their home countries. Kathryn Ravey, International Human Rights Advocate shares her analysis.
