A residential building in the Israeli city of Haifa has partially collapsed after being hit by a projectile. Israeli authorities say 10 people have been wounded, with one in a critical condition. They also fear more people could be trapped and say the entire structure could fully collapse. Search efforts are continuing late into Sunday night.
