Iran has launched a fresh wave of retaliatory missiles targeting Israel, with strikes reported in multiple locations. The southern city of Eilat was hit twice, injuring seven people, one critically, and causing damage across ten sites. Explosions were also heard in central Israel, including areas near Tel Aviv, military bases and Ben-Gurion airport, though Israeli military censors have restricted details on the extent of the damage. Meanwhile, France has proposed a diplomatic initiative for Lebanon to recognise Israel in exchange for Israeli withdrawal from Lebanese territory, while Israel's cabinet is reportedly considering plans to send more troops and occupy southern Lebanon up to the Litani River.
