The first Ramadan after the US-brokered ceasefire has not brought joy or respite in devastated Gaza. In the north of the strip, displaced Palestinians are still living in schools and makeshift shelters... relying on humanitarian aid for their all-basic needs, and barely able to prepare a meal to break their fast.
