The Israeli defence minister has signed a military order classifying five Palestinian online media platforms as terrorist organisations, accusing them of links to Hamas. The order says the outlets are used to incite unrest, particularly in occupied East Jerusalem. The platforms include Quds Plus and al-Midan, Critics say the move is part of a broader campaign against Palestinian media. Shireen Al-Khatib is the acting director of the Palestinian Center for Development and Media Freedoms (MADA).
