Corbyn says the government's Palestine Action appeal 'won't do them any good'

Palestine Action’s co-founder has won a legal challenge over the group's ban as a terrorist organisation on two grounds. The court found the ban was unlawful because it was not consistent with the government's own policy to limit the power to proscribe a terrorist group, and that it interfered with activists' legal rights to freedom of speech and association. Speaking to Sky News, Jeremy Corbyn, co-founder of Your Party said: 'The government trying to appeal against the decision won't do them any good'.
