Israeli forces were expected to pull back to the yellow line under the Gaza ceasefire deal. Instead, troops have expanded deeper into civilian areas. Their movements have cut Palestinians off from their homes and farmland. Families are being pushed into overcrowded and unsafe tent camps. Living conditions in these camps continue to deteriorate.
