Labour MPs rail against ban on Palestine Action

MPs today took to the House of Commons to voice concerns for the nearly 900 people arrested on Parliament Square over the weekend. The heavy handed clashes left people with bloody noses and saw disabled elderly protestors lifted into police vans. The cross-bench coalition asked the government to look again at now former Home Secretary Yvette Cooper's legislation. Contributors included Labour MPs, suspended Labour MPs like Zarah Sultana and Rachael Maskell and a few Liberal Democrats. The Tories love the ban, of course.
