Dr Zomlot on Channel 4: Permanent end to the genocide is needed, not a 60-day pause

 

H.E. Dr Husam Zomlot said that the Palestinian government is the only feasible side to take over the reins of ruling Gaza in the future in an interview with Channel 4 News. He said that the current talks about a deal in Gaza risks a slide back into the Israeli genocide rather than ending it completely.  

He added that the root cause of all the troubles in Palestine - i.e. the Israeli occupation - need to be addressed if we were to learn from the lessons of the present and avoid repeating the mistakes of the past.Dr Zomlot on Channel 4: Permanent end to the genocide is needed, not a 60-day pause
