US President Donald Trump on Monday confirmed that Hamas had agreed to release the only surviving America Israeli citizen, Edan Alexander, in a good faith. What was noticeable in his press conference was that he made no reference to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while talking about the release of more hostages in the future. He also used soft tone for Hamas by not criticising the Palestinian group for holding hostages. Trump has often used harsh words for Hamas in the past while talking about hostages.
